All returns must be accompanied by and order ID and date of purchase.
REturns will be credited or refunded in the same method of payment as they have purchase or by a bank cashier's check.
TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. If you are not cempletely satisfied with merchadise, returns or exchanges should be make with in 30 days.
2. Pack the item in a study small carton box with plenty of packing and seal with strong tape. We cannot be
responsible for inadequately packaged returns.
3. Mark you package clearly.
4. For your protection, ship all returns prepaid.
5. Customers pay the shipping charges for returns.
6. We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not followed.
7. We reserve the right to charge 10% handling fee on any difficult returns.
8. Special orders or items made to your specifications are not returnable.
REPAIRS
To return an item for repair, package it as return and send it prepaid and insured. Repairs have no cost.
