Prices may vary depending upon currency exchange rates, freight charges, raw material fluctuation, labor cost, and customer duties. Jade is duty free in the United States.
Regular orders are billed at the market Guatemalan jadeite price on the day they are received. All Guatemalan jadeite jade is natural and genuine.
Our pricing is structured so you can save by buying directly from the manufacture. No middlemen involve.
For your convenience we show the price per piece on many items.

RETURNS AND CORRECTIONS

Our Guatemalan Jadeite Jade is 100% Guarantee or your money back.
We are committed to giving you the best service and quality available.  Please do not discard your order ID information.  Your information is your return authorization and repair warranty.

All returns must be accompanied by and order ID and date of purchase.
Returns will be credited or refunded in the same method of payment as they have purchased or by a bank cashier’s check.

TO RETURN AND ITEM

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, returns or exchanges should be make with in 30 days.
  2. Pack the item in a study small carton box with plenty of packing material and seal with strong tape.  We cannot be responsible for inadequately packaged returns.
  3. Mark you package clearly.
  4. For your protection, ship all returns prepaid.
  5. Customers pay the shipping charges for returns.
  6. We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not followed.
  7. We reserve the right to charge 10% handling fee on any difficult returns.
  8. Special orders or items made to your specifications are not returnable.


REPAIRS

To return an item for repair, package it as a return and send it prepaid and insured.  Repairs have no cost.  Please do not forget to include the customer information, it is vital, it is your warranty.
Please describe the problem and allow six weeks for repair.
